The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

1. PAYMENT

Initial Deposit

Invoice is valid for a period of 7 Days from date of issuance and 30% deposit payment is required per standard booking conditions to secure the best price offered.

Final Payment

Balance 70% final payment is due 30 days prior to the departure date. Nevertheless 100% full payment is required for tour departure less than 30 days upon order confirmation.

2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Confirmation

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email after the full payment is completed.

Complete driver / tour guide information, including local contact numbers at your destination will be provided 2-3 days in advance of departure date.

Redemption

Simply print your confirmation email or show it on your phone / mobile device and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your driver or tour guide. The confirmation email is your proof of purchase.

3. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees

Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Free N Easy Tours by email or through web mail at Free N Easy Tours - Contact for details.

Cancellation penalties per order (Notification day and departure day are not counted).

• 20% penalty fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedule made 41 days prior to the departure date.
• 30% penalty fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedule made 40-30 days prior to the departure date.
• 50% penalty fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedule made 29-16 days prior to the departure date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 15 days prior to the departure date.
• Day of departure or no show – 100% per order. Unused days or time of the service is non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.

NOTE: Free N Easy Tours cannot grant any refunds more than 15 days after completion of tour.

4. OTHERS

Booking Changes

A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Itinerary Variations

We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation

We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Free N Easy Tours will be liable to refund to the customers the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to rebook the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
